There are several guidelines we at Ad Rent A Car abide by and encourage our clients to abide by as well. The guidelines are in place to maintain a clean and hygienic experience for all our clients. They include:

• The thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of the cars between clients, where disinfecting solutions are used on the porous and non-porous surfaces of the car. 
• A no smoking rule, which in the case of defying, a fine will be charged.
• Full tank of fuel provided by us to the client before car drop-off, and a full tank provided by the client at the time of pickup.
• Clear pictures should be taken of the car before and after the trip, both by us and the client. This is to ensure that in the case of a damage or an accident, the rightful party is charged.
• Clear communication between both parties, to avoid confusion and miscommunication.
